I'm a member or player of the CYMS. How do I access my member discount on apparel?
We are stoked to have you on board as a member/player! Ensure you are logged into our website and upon checkout, your member discount will be automatically applied.
I've ordered apparel from the website. How do I collect my order?
Thanks for buying from the CY's! All our stock is packed and sent to Sportspower Williamstown for your collection - but make sure you wait until you have received an email notification that your order is ready to collect, otherwise you'll have to make two trips!
How long does it take for my order to be ready for collection?
Our team of volunteers work hard to ensure you have your gear as soon as possible. Please allow 7 business days for notice that your order is ready to collect from Sportspower Williamstown. Got to play footy tomorrow and have no shorts? Please contact email@example.com and we'll see what we can work out.
The apparel I'm after is out of stock. What can I do?
We're sorry that the apparel you were after is out of stock! Please get in contact with firstname.lastname@example.org and let him know what you are after - we will add it to our next order and keep you posted.
I'm having issues using the website. Who can I contact for assistance?
