Congratulations to current captain Tom Johnstone and star defender Kal Dawson on making the VAFA’s 2021 Premier B Men’ s Team of the Year.
This is a big achievement as the two endured a COVID interrupted season in Premier B – a competition the club has never ventured into before 2021.
Despite the disappointment of a bottom-half finish and the season being cancelled due to COVID 19, the star duo showed consistent excellence on-field which has earnt them this honour.
Dawson is named as the center-half back and Johnstone is named on the interchange bench as a midfielder in an already stacked on-ball rotation.
